Jayden Smith celebrates five years /

Congratulations to Jayden Smith on reaching his five-year anniversary at NS Group!

Jayden joined NS Group in May 2014 as Assistant Project Manager during his final year of university studies. In less than three years, he was promoted into his current role as Project Manager. He also heads up the company’s Safety, Health and Environment Management System (SHEMS) portfolio.

As NS Group’s SHEMS portfolio leader, Jayden is responsible for inducting new employees and training staff across the Group’s national offices to maintain compliance with the relevant legislative frameworks, company practices and protocols.

Jayden said one of the best parts of his job are the opportunities provided to work across a diverse portfolio of industry sectors.

“I enjoy the leadership responsibilities of the role, as well as the skills development and opportunities I’ve been provided with to keep growing personally and professionally,” he said.

“The ongoing encouragement, support and mentoring from my colleagues and managers have been invaluable.”
