Jayden Smith celebrates five years /

Congratulations to Jayden Smith on reaching his five-year anniversary at NS Group!
Jayden joined NS Group in May 2014 as Assistant Project Manager during his final year of university studies. In less than three years, he was promoted into his current role as Project Manager. He also heads up the company’s Safety, Health and Environment Management System (SHEMS) portfolio.
As NS Group’s SHEMS portfolio leader, Jayden is responsible for inducting new employees and training staff across the Group’s national offices to maintain compliance with the relevant legislative frameworks, company practices and protocols.
Jayden said one of the best parts of his job are the opportunities provided to work across a diverse portfolio of industry sectors.

Jayden is an experienced, results-driven project manager and superintendent who has successfully delivered projects across Perth and in the Pilbara. He undertakes all tasks in a professional and efficient manner, and his strong work ethic and drive to always achieve the best makes him a valuable addition to any project team.
He works collaboratively with clients, contractors and consultants; and communicates well across all levels of the project from senior management through to the tradespeople. Resilient, knowledgeable and with great attention to detail, Jayden is able to maintain composure under pressure.
Jayden holds a Bachelor of Applied Science [Construction Management and Economics] with Honours from Curtin University and is an Associate Member of the Australian Institute of Project Management [AAIPM].
