Our Role /

Operating on a very strict timeline, we were tasked with delivering the new WAIS facilities in time for training for the 2016 Olympic Games. Through detailed and thorough programme management and a Forward Works Phase, we were able to not only meet the delivery date, but also reduce the risk profile of the main works in the process. We managed to maintain the budget through value engineering workshops, as well as engineering close to $2 million from the scheme - without impacting the internal function.
