Congratulations to Project Manager, Bronwen Holland, and Assistant Project Manager, Alina Zuokaite, who have both been accepted into the Property Council of Australia’s 500 Women in Property program for 2020.
Through matching participants with experienced sponsors, the program unlocks networking and professional development opportunities for women to help build a more diverse and inclusive industry.
The initiative is designed to encourage a pipeline of future leaders for increasing the number of women in senior leadership positions within the property industry.
Bronwen will be sponsored by NS Group’s WA and NT State Manager, Anna Broughton, who is an active member of the Urban Development Institute of Australia WA Industry Workforce and Diversity Committee and the Property Council of Australia Diversity Committee.
Bronwen said, “I am very grateful for the support of NS Group and my sponsor, Anna, who has an extensive network and is a passionate advocate for diversity within the industry. Her insights and guidance will be invaluable.
“I am interested to hear how others approach projects and problems that arise as well as how they juggle their work, life and self-care.
“These shared learnings will benefit both me and my colleagues, plus inform forward-leading corporate initiatives for our organisation.”

Alina will be supported by her sponsor, Gillian Forde from Aurecon, a Senior Structural Engineer with over 10 years of experience within the construction industry. Gillian will help Alina navigate the networking environment and grow her confidence.
Alina said, “The program is a fantastic initiative that empowers women by creating unique networking and professional development opportunities.
“I believe that Gillian is a great match for me – we both have a civil engineering background but work in different areas of the construction sector, hence we may have different views toward project delivery.
“I hope to build a long-lasting relationship and contribute to Gillian’s success as well.”
