Featuring 125 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, The Bottleyard at 99 Palmerston Street is a site steeped in history. After being Perth’s busiest bottleyard in the early 1900’s, the site has been transformed into modern apartments housed in 6 different building forms - each boasting different shapes with varying heights to create an interesting streetscape.

Our Role /

NS Group's initial role included reviewing the proposed Works Contract to advise on inclusion necessary to enforce the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) provision.

The construction contract was then prepared for execution, including the formulation of Preliminaries, contract documents and the contract sum.

NS Group performed the role of Superintendent’s Representative, administering the contract for the 19-month programme, and also provided supporting Development Management advice. Through our role, we were able to successfully deliver an award-winning product on behalf of Handle on time and under budget.
